Victims of crime and anti-social behaviour in Essex are coming face to face with perpetrators.
The so-called Restorative Justice scheme is being funded by the Office of the county`s new Police and Crime Commissioner, Roger Hirst.
Those responsible are called upon to explain what they did and why to try and put things right.
The Restorative Justice Hub is continuing to recruit volunteers to become Restorative Justice Facilitators. The role includes facilitating meetings between those involved in the crime or conflict.
More details and a short film about Restorative Justice in practice can be seen on the Essex PCC website HERE
