A dealer who travelled to Essex to sell Class A drugs has been jailed for more than four years.
21 year old Benjamin Cran-Mensa of Hanworth Road in Hounslow was arrested on London Road in Vange in February after a stop check by police.
Officers seized his phone and discovered a number of text messages sent to associates offering to supply heroin and crack cocaine.
Operation Raptor teams have been created in each LPA to detect and dismantle gangs who travel to Essex to sell drugs and cause violence.
Cran-Mensa denied the offences but was found guilty at Basildon Crown Court and sentenced to four years and three months imprisonment.
