A rise in hate crime after the EU referendum has been condemned by a top European politician.
At his annual address, European Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker also spoke about the killing of a Polish man in Harlow last month.
Police are treating the attack as a possible hate crime.
Six teenagers remain on bail.
