A woman’s been assaulted on Clacton seafront.
The victim was walking towards Martello restaurant from the station on Friday evening when she was pushed over near a shelter – hitting her head on the pavement.
She was then kicked in the back and stomach before her handbag was taken – which contained a mobile phone and cash.
It’s understood there are four suspects – two boys and two girls – all in their late teens.
The victim described them as white, with tanned skin. Both girls had dyed blonde hair.
One of the boys wore a black baseball cap, which had a white motif on the front. The motif appeared to be a backwards and forwards facing ‘C’.
A black or blue Adidas hooded top with white stripes was worn by one of the suspects.
One of the suspects was described as 5ft5ins tall and of average build.
A boy from the group from was described as tall and slim and wore faded blue jeans.
This suspect was reported to have rummaged through her handbag.
