Detectives investigating the murder of Kelvedon man Chris May have made two arrests.
Two men were arrested this morning, Tuesday, June 14, in a pre-planned operation.
A 35-year-old man from Braintree has been arrested on suspicion of the murder of Chris May while a 25-year-old man from Kelvedon has been arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice in relation to Chris murder.
They have been taken to a police station for questioning having been arrested at 6am.
DCI Marina Ericson formally declared the investigation in to the disappearance of Chris May as a murder investigation on the year anniversary, May 25.
