Two men arrested in connection with the murder of Kelvedon man Chris May have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
They were detained yesterday (Tuesday, June 14) in a pre-planned operation.
A 35-year-old man from Braintree was arrested on suspicion of the murder of Chris May while a 25-year-old man from Kelvedon was arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice in relation to Chris’ murder.
DCI Marina Ericson formally declared the investigation in to the disappearance of Chris May as a murder investigation on the year anniversary, May 25.
A reward of up to £10,000 for information which leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible.
