An Independent Southend Councillor has raised more controversy over the redevelopment of a seafront car park.
St Luke’s Ward Councillor Brian Ayling has claimed it could result in a loss of £25 million to the town.
Southend Council is working with Turnstone Estates on a £50 million leisure complex on the Seaway car park off Lucy Road in Southend.
