Nine out of ten customers with an Essex rail operator say they`re happy with the service they get.
The National Rail Passenger Survey revealed 91 per cent travelling on c2c were pleased with the punctuality of their trains.
The firm was also named best commuter service for several other key elements of the journey including:
– Speed of journey time: 91% satisfaction
– Satisfaction with the train: 89% satisfaction
– Cleanliness onboard the train: 88% satisfaction
– Frequency of service: 83% satisfaction
– Comfort of the train seats: 80% satisfaction
