Plans have been unveiled to redevelop a community hub in Billericay.
The Chantry Way Centre – which is off of the High Street – has “reached the end of its life span” – according to the Town Council.
Now the authority wants to create a multi-purpose facility which will last for years to come.
They’ve opened a public consultation into the work..
On Saturday 11th August from 10am to 4pm they are having an Open Day with a large information display in the Chantry Way Centre when you will be able to talk to both representatives from the Town Council and architects.
The Chantry Way centre is accessed from the top of Chantry Way or from the High Street (between The Chequers and Ravens Bakery).
