Essex Police is taking a tough stance against anti-social behaviour over the Halloween period.
They have issued a direct warning to members of a group planning an unauthorised bike ride out, after a number of arrests were made last year.
Officers are working alongside the Met and neighbouring county forces.
Meanwhile a dispersal order’s been put into place around intu Lakeside to stop antisocial behaviour linked to Halloween.
Essex Police has temporary powers to remove people from areas of Chafford Hundred for 24 hours from four this afternoon.
A spokesperson says they’re keen to reduce distress to local residents, shoppers and commuters.
