Free Flights Friday October 2023 – Bulgaria

All Radio Essex Competitions are in alinement with Radio Essex’s Competition Terms & Conditions.

Specific Rules

1.         Competition Start Date

1.1 The competition will open at 00:00 on 13/11/2023 as a website competition.

1.2 The competition will close at 14:59 on 17/11/2023.

2.            Mechanic

2.1 Listeners will be asked to enter via the website, RadioEssex.com

2.2 There will be a winner chosen on Friday in the drive show on the 19/11/23. This will be at random from all the entries accumulated on through the competition via the Radio Essex text system.

2.4 We reserve the right to select another entrant if you do not pick up our phone call. We will ring the entrant first selected to win three times before moving to select another if there is a failure to answer the call. If you fail to answer the phone three times, you waive your right to claim the prize in that round.

2.5 Entries outside of these specific times may not count but may still be charged.

2.6 Entries will enter a pool of people that will accumulate across the week.

3.         Prize

3.1 One winner will receive flights provided by Balkan Holidays.

• Accommodation provided by London Southend Airport.
• Minimum 3-star accommodation in Sunny Beach area, based on availability: Hotel Arda 3 Star / Lira Hotel / Hotel L&B.
• Holiday to be taken between Monday, June 17 – July 29.
• Minimum 7-night stay.

Golden Ticket

• Up to seven days free parking.
• Free security fast track.
• Complimentary access to SKYLIFE Lounge @ The Pilot Bar.

Winners

• Seven days to confirm chosen dates of travel with London Southend Airport.
• A new winner will be chosen if no contact can be made.

3.3 To claim the prize you must be able to send us proof of ID.

3.4 Winners will be notified on the call & contacted by Radio Essex within 24 hours to discuss the next steps. Any concerns with your prize, you should contact info@radioessex.com or visit radioessex.com/claim-a-prize.
 

            4.         Entering

5.1 You must be over 18 at the time of entry to the competition. Any entry below the age of 18 will not count but may still be charged.

5.2 You must be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to enter this Radio Essex competition.

5.3 If you are an Exempt Individual (an employee, freelancer, contractor or in any way affiliated to Radio Essex or the Stockvale Group) you cannot enter. If you do enter, your entry will not count but may still be charged.

5.4 As this competition requires a phone call to take part in the competition. If you have entered and Radio Essex attempt to ring you, after three failed attempts we will have to move on to another entrant & you forfeit your right to claim the prize.

6.1 You must also comply with the Radio Essex Competition Terms & Conditions to participate in this competition.

6.2 Radio Essex will act in line with the London Southend Airport T&C’s of the event.
