Free Flights Friday October 2023 – Alicante

All Radio Essex Competitions are in alinement with Radio Essex’s Competition Terms & Conditions.

Specific Rules

1.         Competition Start Date

1.1 The competition will open at 00:00 on 16/10/2023 as a website competition.

1.2 The competition will close at 14:59 on 27/10/2023.

2.            Mechanic

2.1 Listeners will be asked to enter via the website, radioessex.com.

2.2 There will be one winner chosen every Friday during these dates (2 total winners) at random from all the entries accumulated on that day through the competition via the Radio Essex website.

2.3 From all the entrants accumulated on each Friday, one person at random using a computer-based system, will be selected to be called to air on a Friday to claim their Free Flights.

2.4 We reserve the right to select another entrant if you do not pick up our phone call. We will ring the entrant first selected to win three times before moving to select another if there is a failure to answer the call. If you fail to answer the phone three times, you waive your right to claim the prize in that round.

2.5 Entries outside of these specific times may not count but may still be charged.

2.6 Entries will enter a pool of people that will accumulate across the week.

3.         Prize

3.1 Two randomly selected entrants, who have entered via the Radio Essex website, will win free flights to Alicante.

3.2 Return flights only (includes standard one small under seat cabin bag). Flights to Alicante Airport between 3^rd Sunday, December 2023 to Sunday 7th January 2023. Winner has one week from date of ‘winner’ announcement to confirm their chosen dates of travel.

3.3 To claim the prize you must be able to send us proof of ID & details of a UK bank account. Failure to do so can result in Radio Essex withdrawing the prize. Radio Essex reserve the right to do this.

3.4 Golden Ticket allows for up to four days free parking at Southend Airport, free security fast track and complimentary SKYLIFE Lounge.

3.5 Winners will be notified on the call & contacted by Radio Essex within 24 hours to discuss the next steps. Any concerns with your prize, you should contact info@radioessex.com or visit radioessex.com/claim-a-prize.

3.6 Flights to Alicante Airport from London Southend Airport are restricted to Thursdays and Sundays. Available flights will be subject to availability.

            5.         Entering

5.1 You must be over 18 at the time of entry to the competition. Any entry below the age of 18 will not count but may still be charged.

5.2 You must be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to enter this Radio Essex competition.

5.3 If you are an Exempt Individual (an employee, freelancer, contractor or in any way affiliated to Radio Essex or the Stockvale Group) you cannot enter. If you do enter, your entry will not count but may still be charged.

5.4 As this competition requires a phone call to take part in the competition. If you have entered and Radio Essex attempt to ring you, after three failed attempts we will have to move on to another entrant & you forfeit your right to claim the prize.
