LONDON SOUTHEND AIRPORT PROMO – Round 1 

13TH – 17TH October 2025 

RULES 

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Radio Essex ("Radio Essex ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at https://www.radioessex.com/terms-of-service/ apply to LONDON SOUTHEND AIRPORT PROMO)  ("the Competition") which will run from 13TH OCTOBER 2025  to 17TH OCTOBER 2025  (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Radio Essex.  

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website.  

Details of the Competition: 

To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to radioessex.com and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 ON 13TH OCTOBER 2025 and close at 13:00 ON 17TH OCTOBER 2025. 

 From entrants one winner will be randomly selected and contacted by a member of the Radio Essex radio team.   

Eligibility:  

Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older.   

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed. 

Entrants must reside within one of the following postcode districts: 

CM0, CM1, CM11, CM12, CM13, CM14, CM15, CM16, CM17, CM18, CM19, CM2, CM20, CM22, CM3, CM4, CM6, CM7, CM8, CM9, CO1, CO2, CO3, CO4, CO5, CO6, CO7, CO9, RM15, RM16, RM17, RM19, RM20, SS0, SS1, SS11, SS12, SS13, SS14, SS15, SS16, SS17, SS2, SS3, SS4, SS5, SS6, SS7, SS9   

The competition is run in three separate weekly draws. Entry into a previous draw does not automatically enter you into subsequent draws. Participants must submit a separate entry for each draw they wish to enter. 

Data:  

Your data will be deleted from our system 12 months after the competition end date.  

Prize:  

Winner will win x1 £500 Hays Travel Southend voucher to redeem against flights/package holiday from London Southend Airport only.  

Prize must be a flight/package that is bookable via Hays Travel Southend Branch - 63 High St, Southend-on-Sea SS1 1HZ 

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.   

Prize will be provided within 30 days, unless prize is date specific i.e. event tickets which may be provided closer to the date of the event.  

Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.  

Winners must contact Hays Travel Southend by phone (01702 662799) or in person at 63 High St, Southend-on-Sea SS1 1HZ to redeem their voucher credit – proof of identity may be required 

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase 

Booking must be made for flights/holiday package from London Southend Airport only 

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

We will contact you via text, phone and email on 17th OCTOBER. If you do not respond within 24 hours, we reserve the right to select an alternative entrant. This will mean your entry is void and the prize is forfeited.  

Once we have successfully made contact with you, we will aim to get the prize or prize instructions with you within (30) days.
