T&CS London Southend Airport

RULES 

The following rules ("Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at Radioessex.com apply to London Southend Airport ("the Competition") which will run from 10^th March 2025  to 21^st March 2025 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Radio Essex.  

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website. 

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to Heart.co.uk answer the online question and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on 10^th March 2025 and close at 23:59 on 21^st March 2025.

From correct answers, (one) winner will be randomly selected and contacted by a member of the Radio Essex radio team.  

Eligibility: 

Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older.  

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Entrants must reside within one of the following postcode districts:

CM0, CM1, CM11, CM12, CM13, CM14, CM15, CM16, CM17, CM18, CM19, CM2, CM20, CM22, CM3, CM4, CM6, CM7, CM8, CM9, CO1, CO2, CO3, CO4, CO5, CO6, CO7, CO9, RM15, RM16, RM17, RM19, RM20, SS0, SS1, SS11, SS12, SS13, SS14, SS15, SS16, SS17, SS2, SS3, SS4, SS5, SS6, SS7, SS8,  SS9

Your data will be deleted from our system 12 months after the competition end date. 

Prize: 

Winner will win

Return flights to Newquay from London Southend Airport for 2 people. -

Tickets are standard tickets and are non-exchangeable for another prize, and hold zero value

Once booked, tickets may be changed if needed for a £35 admin fee per passenger, per flight, and any difference in fare would be payable

Name changes are charged at a fee of £50 per flight, per passenger

Standard tickets include 10kg hand luggage and 15kg of checked in baggage per passenger, per flight

Flights must be booked within 12 months of the prize being presented

 Two night bed and breakfast at Oceanside Hotel, Newquay. -

Dates for stay between a Sunday – Thursday, subject to availability – some dates are fully booked.

Stay dates between 3^rd April & 30^th June 2025.  

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  

Prize will be provided within 30 days, unless prize is date specific i.e. event tickets which may be provided closer to the date of the event. 

Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.

We will contact you via text, phone and email 22^nd March 2025. If you do not respond within 24 hours, we reserve the right to select an alternative entrant. This will mean your entry is void and the prize is forfeited. 

Once we have successfully made contact with you, we will aim to get the prize or prize instructions with you within 28 days.
