Towngate Terms & Coinditions

RULES 

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Radio Essex ("Radio Essex ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at https://www.radioessex.com/terms-of-service/ apply to TOWNGATE THEATRE PROMO ("the Competition") which will run from 13TH OCTOBER 2025  to 24TH OCTOBER 2025  (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Radio Essex.  

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website.  

Details of the Competition: 

To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to radioessex.com answer the online question and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 ON 13TH OCTOBER 2025 and close at 23:59 ON 24TH OCTOBER 2025. 

 From entrants Five winners will be randomly selected and contacted by a member of the Radio Essex radio team.   

Eligibility:  

Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older.   

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed. 

Entrants must reside within one of the following postcode districts: 

CM0, CM1, CM11, CM12, CM13, CM14, CM15, CM16, CM17, CM18, CM19, CM2, CM20, CM22, CM3, CM4, CM6, CM7, CM8, CM9, CO1, CO2, CO3, CO4, CO5, CO6, CO7, CO9, RM15, RM16, RM17, RM19, RM20, SS0, SS1, SS11, SS12, SS13, SS14, SS15, SS16, SS17, SS2, SS3, SS4, SS5, SS6, SS7, SS9   

Data:  

Your data will be deleted from our system 12 months after the competition end date.  

Prize:  

Winner will win a family ticket, for 2 x adults and 2 x children to see Sleeping Beauty at Towngate Theatre, running from Thursday 27th November 2025 to Sunday 4th January 2026. Only valid for off peak performances or performances in January 2026. A ticket must be purchased for every child, regardless of age. We do not recommend bringing children under 3. Winner can choose from E-Tickets or collect from box office, if they are posted there will be an additional charge to be paid for by the winners.  

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.   

Prize will be provided within 30 days, unless prize is date specific i.e. event tickets which may be provided closer to the date of the event.  

Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.

We will contact you via text, phone and email on (W/C 27TH OCTOBER). If you do not respond within 24 hours, we reserve the right to select an alternative entrant. This will mean your entry is void and the prize is forfeited.  

Once we have successfully made contact with you, we will aim to get the prize or prize instructions with you within (30) days.
