RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Radio Essex ("Radio Essex ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at https://www.radioessex.com/terms-of-service/ apply to LONGACRES GARDEN CENTRE PROMO ("the Competition") which will run from 7^TH NOVEMBER 2025  to 20^TH NOVEMBER 2025  (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Radio Essex.  

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available online and on request from the Radio Station website.  

Details of the Competition: 

To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to radioessex.com answer the online question and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 ON 7^TH NOVEMBER 2025  and close at 23:59 ON 20^TH NOVEMBER 2025. 

 From entrants (ONE) winner will be randomly selected and contacted by a member of the Radio Essex radio team.   

Eligibility:  

Entry is restricted to people aged 18 or older.   

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed. 

Entrants must reside within one of the following postcode districts:

Your data will be deleted from our system 12 months after the competition end date.  

Prize:  

£250 to spend at Longacres Garden Centre, exclusively on their Christmas range.

Prize is £250 to be spent towards Christmas tree, lights & decorations. Not transferable for a cash option. 

If winner lives within 10 miles of Longacres Chelmsford the prize can be delivered.

Competition only valid at / for Chelmsford site, Homelands Retail Park, Cuton Hall Ln, Springfield, Chelmsford CM2 5PX. 

Prize will be delivered (if within 10 miles of the site), otherwise collected 

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.   

Prize will be provided within 30 days, unless prize is date specific i.e. event tickets which may be provided closer to the date of the event.  

Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.  By way of example, without limitation, travel is not included within the prize.

We will contact you via text, phone and email on (W/C 21st NOVEMBER). If you do not respond within 24 hours, we reserve the right to select an alternative entrant. This will mean your entry is void and the prize is forfeited.  

Once we have successfully made contact with you, we will aim to get the prize or prize instructions with you within (30) days.
